This self-drilling screw is made from premium 10B21 carbon steel with a 6.3/6.3 dual-thread design and a #3 drill point, capable of drilling through steel plates up to 6mm thick. The surface is treated with Ruspert coating, providing up to 1000 hours of salt spray resistance for outstanding anti-corrosion performance in outdoor environments.
The hex flange head combined with a black EPDM bonded washer ensures excellent sealing and fastening, making it ideal for waterproof applications such as metal roofing, color steel panels, light steel structures, solar mounting systems, and prefab buildings.
Available in customized lengths from 100mm to 500mm, and sizes from #12 to #14, this screw offers superior strength, weather resistance, and versatility for demanding construction needs.
